December Geometry: Area, Volume and Perimeter

Perimeter is the distance around a shape and is measured in units like cm. Area is how much surface a shape covers and is measured in square centimeters (cm²). Volume is how much fits inside a solid and is measured in cubic centimeters (cm³). Remind your child to write the unit and to draw a sketch.
